Quality Engineer for Real Estate Group

Description

• Update Daily Quality Reports (DQR).
• Maintain QA/QC checklists and quality records.
• Conduct inspections for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Conduct joint inspections with contractors.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, IS codes, specifications, and safety standards.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at site.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervisors for rectification of defects.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the planning/engineering team for clarifications.
• Verify execution strictly as per approved GFC drawings.
• Highlight NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure timely corrections.
• Inspect shuttering, steel reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plaster, tiling, waterproofing, painting, and other finishing works.
• Prepare inspection reports and get approvals from Project Manager/QA Head.
• Prepare and maintain MTCs (Material Test Certificates), cube test reports, slump tests, soil compaction tests, etc.
• Check materials delivered to site—cement, sand, aggregates, steel, blocks, tiles, etc.
