Coordinate database access and performance issues with vendors and end-users.
Review and analyze existing systems and develop strategies for improvement.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing business processes.
Experience in a unionized utility environment is an asset.
Experience with designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting database servers.
Strong written and presentation skills.
Understanding of system development lifecycle, CC&B framework, configuration, and quality assurance processes.
Understanding of utility industry business processes and practices.
Collaborative working relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with SQL and MS Office applications.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of CC&B system and Ontario Electricity regulations.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects.
Strong working knowledge of IT tools and standards for supporting various application software.
Extensive experience (5-7 years) in business analysis or solution architecture using Oracle CC&B.
Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices for CC&B Application.
