15 years of professional experience in the transit industry, with demonstrated expertise in working with the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) or other similar transit agencies
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify and act on risks and opportunities aligned with business goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance long-term goal achievement with short-term objectives.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule which includes in-office work in Boston, MA or Chelmsford, MA office

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and projects within a matrixed organizational structure.
