Assist the design team in resolution of MEP issues.
Lead the coordination drawings process and facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP subcontractors during the coordination drawings process.
Supervise the installation of MEP work, and other work as deemed appropriate by management.
Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
Assist PM in receipt and review of MEP submittals.
Lead periodic (as warranted by the job) on site coordination meetings with the subcontractors’ foremen.
Validate design issues and develop suggested alternative solutions before forwarding them to the PM.
Assist PM with scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change order work.
Participate in all meetings conducted by the Superintendent with foremen.
