It influences quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness within the functional area and operates with moderate autonomy requiring high operational judgment.
As a supervisory site manager, you will lead the entire scope of site activities during ITO and OTR phases, acting on behalf of the overall project leader. You will manage the execution of the project scope, ensure schedule, quality, and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations, and may oversee multiple sites simultaneously.
You will develop specialized knowledge in electrical and substation disciplines, serve as a best‑practice and quality resource, and stay aware of the latest technical developments. Contributions to strategy and policy, data‑driven decision making, and mentorship of less‑experienced colleagues are also expected, along with the potential to lead small, moderate‑risk projects.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and at least three years of advanced substation construction, installation, and commissioning experience. Desired characteristics are site safety and OSHA knowledge, willingness to travel domestically up to 90%, strong communication and leadership skills, and proven project management and problem‑solving abilities.
