In this role you will provide first‑line leadership to subcontractor teams, ensure health and safety compliance, and support strategic growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Head of Regional Install UK and collaborating with the Contracts Manager, you will help meet project timelines and budgets.

Lead installation delivery, quality, and health & safety standards
Manage financial work bank and support cost optimisation
Coordinate subcontractors on site
Monitor defects, scope deviations, and documentation accuracy
Plan manpower and equipment to meet timelines and budgets
Conduct regular safety and quality audits
Support team development via performance assessments and appraisals
Manage workload to maximise productivity and forecast accuracy
Prepare reports and programmes for senior management
Liaise with credit control to minimise disputes and ensure timely invoicing

Experience working within an installation environment
Proven experience supervising or managing engineering teams
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to build, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
Full UK driving licence

Good PC literacy, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of LPCB BS12845 and/or NFPA standards (preferred)
