Provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, modular and controls services for commercial & industrial buildings.
The role involves analyzing blueprints, project front ends, specifications, and proposals to develop complete project estimates. You will use Quick Pen or TSI estimating software and MS Office tools while applying knowledge of HVAC and plumbing codes, standards, and industry labor/material costs, including SMACNA and MCAA. Responsibilities also include preparing HVAC and plumbing budgets, calculating square‑foot budgets, drafting estimates and proposals, assisting with submittals, following up with clients on bids, and maintaining organized file management.
We are currently seeking a Conceptual Estimator – Mechanical, Plumbing, and Piping/Sheet Metal – to join our Estimating Department.
Candidates should have five to eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training, with a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems and the ability to estimate across both trades.
