Interact and respond to all aspects of HBE supporting cost reduction, efficiency, delivery and Quality improvements.
Contribute and comply with accurate collation of Shop Floor Documentation information including data contained within HCO’s Shop Floor Data Collection system (SFDC).
Manufacture compressor components to Engineering drawings and specifications to ensure successful first time build and test of finished compressors.
Adhere to all relevant instructions contained within Work Standard Instructions (WSI’s) in the manufacture of Compressor components.
Provide training support for Apprentices and work colleagues to help improve skills levels
Deliver quality components in a timely manner whilst contributing to efficient and effective manufacturing principles.

Conform to all aspects of HCO’s Quality Management System including the fulfilment of all relevant procedures etc. including all Standard Practice Instructions (SPI’s)
Experienced in multi-disciplined CNC machining – Turning, Milling and Grinding. Profile Grinding
Ability in the use of measuring equipment – micrometres – Ball Mics Thread gauges – Callipers
Experience/Understanding in working with Siemens controls
Engineering Drawing interpretation ability
Recognised Engineering apprenticeship and relevant qualifications.
Good communication skills
Previous experience with precision manufacturing
