Tasks
-Manage customer expectations and timelines, ensuring all design choices are made within the established deadlines. -Act as a liaison between customers and the construction team, ensuring all design selections are accurately implemented. -Use design software, such as BlueBeam, to communicate design concepts and selections to clients and internal teams. -Collaborate with other team members, such as project managers and sales representatives, to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction. -Provide expert advice and suggestions to clients based on their style preferences and budget, ensuring a personalized design that aligns with their vision. -Guide customers through the design studio experience, assisting them in selecting options, finishes, and design elements for their new homes. -Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive and productive experience. -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the design process. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations to provide clients with the most current and stylish options. -Ensure every client’s preferences are fully understood and integrated into their design selections, ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction.

What You Bring
-Exceptional customer service skills, always striving to meet and exceed client expectations and needs. -Experience with BlueBeam or similar design software is preferred. -A positive, engaging personality with a natural ability to build relationships and connect with clients on a personal level. -Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and trust with customers. -Proven project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple client projects. -A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field. -A keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality in design choices and customer interactions. -A creative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse styles and preferences.
