

Provides energy services across multiple states, focusing on clean, reliable, and affordable solutions.
In this role you will provide oversight, guidance, and leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring mandatory Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards. You will assist management with preparation for external compliance evaluations and conduct internal compliance reviews, while coordinating with internal personnel, industry stakeholders, regional entities, TSA, and NERC.
Key responsibilities include managing compliance program processes, tracking regulatory commitments, leading internal audits and spot checks, and ensuring remediation actions for potential non‑compliance. You will coordinate voting positions, engage with FERC, NERC, MRO, and industry groups on standards development, and oversee implementation plans, documentation, and internal controls across functional units.
The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree in a related field and eight to ten years of relevant experience, with strong computer skills for handling large data sets. Preferred qualifications include utility experience and prior work with NERC and/or TSA compliance or regulatory compliance programs.
