Assistant Project Advisor

Description

The role supports delivery through the procurement and construction phases, offering a fast‑paced, industry‑leading environment suitable for career progression in major projects or programmes.

It is a client‑facing position based partly on site, requiring assistance in managing consultant teams and stakeholders, and working with the project lead to deliver the project successfully.

The hybrid role requires attendance on site at least three days a week, with the remaining time working from home or a regional office.

• BPSS‑level security clearance (or ability to obtain) and developing project management experience in property or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) and commitment to learning, innovation and sustainability.
