The Injurious Affection Claims Manager will manage a caseload of complex claims from initial inquiry through to resolution, overseeing the full process and ensuring compliance with internal and client policies. The role involves valuation, negotiation, client communication, team leadership, financial and risk management, and continuous improvement of the workstream.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities, especially when dealing with distressed claimants, as well as excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle high volumes and competing deadlines. While prior experience with injurious affection claims is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
