Description

The Finance Analyst reports to the Senior Finance Controller and is responsible for management reporting, government compliance, fixed‑asset reporting, forecasting, budgeting, product costing, new product cost management and inventory management for JCB’s manufacturing facility in Pooler, GA. This is a full‑time exempt position.

The role encompasses comprehensive financial duties, including month‑end reporting, cash‑flow analysis, budgeting, cost management, compliance oversight, and support for audit activities.

• Produce month‑end management reports and cash‑flow statements
• Manage fixed assets and coordinate annual budgeting
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor budget expenditures
• Ensure compliance with government and defense regulations and handle year‑end close
• Perform product costing, warranty cost analysis, and new product cost management
• Control project costs and generate related reports
• Oversee inventory reporting and reconcile intercompany balances
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Maintain SAP data and develop advanced Excel models

Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities, work independently, and thrive in both office and occasional manufacturing environments.

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years of management reporting experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
