Coordinate and prepare the monthly customer billing, monitor and ensure timely collection of customer receivables.

Prepare detailed budget/reforecast projections using budgeting software and Excel and coordinating this effort with Plant Controllers, department heads and senior management.
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure for plant operations and maintenance ledger and the partnership entity ledger.
Develop, implement and maintain system controls for fraud prevention and ensuring data integrity.
Provides technical accounting guidance and support to Plant Controllers.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and year-to-date financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, statement of members’ equity and statement of cash flows for plant Partnership entities.
Oversight to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Manage and execute year-end financial audits for partnerships, working with independent accountants.
Review budget-to-actual variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis and summarize and report budget to actual variance analysis to senior management, partners and lending institutions.
Ensures that company financial records, under responsibility, are maintained in compliance with company policies and US GAAP. Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure this compliance.
Coordinate, compile and submit required compliance certificates, quarterly and annual financial statements, and respond to inbound inquiries from financial institutions and/or rating agencies such as S&P, Moody’s etc. in conjunction with outstanding debt obligations and/or working capital credit facilities.
