Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory Control, the Store person – Leading Hand will join the Inventory Control team on a permanent full‑time basis at the Guildford location. The role supports a team, checks inventory systems, manages stock locations, moves product and performs general warehousing duties, and may run shifts when the Supervisor is unavailable.

Manage inventory, including stock rotation, relocation and cyclic counts
Set up warehouse projects and maintain warehouse layout
Troubleshoot system issues and conduct process efficiency reviews

Requirements

Hold a forklift licence and have practical forklift experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar inventory‑control role
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
High computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
