Develop and implement standardized small project management processes and templates across multiple regional sites
Partner with Project Management and Workplace Experience teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements
Oversee multi-site moves and space reallocations while maintaining regional tracking and reporting systems
Execute end-to-end project delivery for complex regional initiatives using established PMO methodologies
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to site-based Project SMEs and coordinators
Analyze cross-site data and prepare regional project status reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate regional contracts for furniture, moving, and project services

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, space planning, or project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, multi-site situations
Experience with space planning software and design guidelines
Minimum 7 years of industry experience in project management, facilities management, or move management
Background in facilities management or workplace services
Regional or multi-site management experience
Expert knowledge of One View Space Management systems and understanding of CAD systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups
Previous experience in vendor performance management and contract negotiations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, and project management tools
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across multiple business units
Proven ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision
Financial analysis and budget management capabilities
