- Develop and implement standardized small project management processes and templates across multiple regional sites
- Partner with Project Management and Workplace Experience teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements
- Oversee multi-site moves and space reallocations while maintaining regional tracking and reporting systems
- Execute end-to-end project delivery for complex regional initiatives using established PMO methodologies
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to site-based Project SMEs and coordinators
- Analyze cross-site data and prepare regional project status reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate regional contracts for furniture, moving, and project services

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, space planning, or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, multi-site situations
- Experience with space planning software and design guidelines
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in project management, facilities management, or move management
- Background in facilities management or workplace services
- Regional or multi-site management experience
- Expert knowledge of One View Space Management systems and understanding of CAD systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups
- Previous experience in vendor performance management and contract negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, and project management tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across multiple business units
- Proven ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision
- Financial analysis and budget management capabilities
