Develops easy‑to‑install, innovative PV mounting systems for global solar energy projects.
Support planning material availability and production
Creation of purchase orders based on sales run rates and forecasts
Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image to partners and customers;
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
Some travel to partners, events and other sites for meetings, training etc.
Resolve problems and identify opportunities for improvement;
Monitor inventory levels and sales
Source new products based on Product Management drawings
Track, report and inspect all material purchasing, receiving and quality
Keep current by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications;
Be highly organized, maintain records and prepare reports;
Create and manage product numbers in ERP system
Analyze product sales and forecast data, stock levels and supplier lead times
Plan production weeks based on demand, trends and open POs for raw components
Self-Directed, manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner;
Experience with ERP Systems (SAP by Design preferred)
Bachelors in Business, Economics or related fields
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
1-3 years’ experience as Planner / Buyer
Bilingual - Fluent in both English/Spanish
Frequent communications with sales, product management, operations and others
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, must
Negotiation course or related work experience
