cross‑domain alignment
Orchestrating Cross-Domain Execution: Leading the technical alignment between functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to ensure that individual system configurations support the broader "Life of a Transaction." You ensure the "Red Thread" of the business process remains unbroken from the CRM lead to the WMS shipment.
Shaping the End-to-End Ecosystem Strategy: Defining the target architecture for the full operational stack (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, WMS, TMS) within two distinct landscapes: the $200M S/4HANA Public Cloud unit and the $6B Legacy ECC core. You are responsible for ensuring each environment is optimized for its specific business model.
Working as a Lead Architect with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, legacy ECC, and integrated satellite ecosystems (CRM, WMS, TMS).
Acting as the Design Authority: exercising the authority to approve or reject solution proposals from domain teams or system integrators. You serve as the "Guardian of the Flow," rejecting siloed customizations that solve a local problem but introduce friction into the wider end-to-end process.
Defining Technical Blueprints & Standards: Creating the authoritative solution designs for complex cross-system flows. You will define how satellite systems (e.g., Siemens MES, Blue Yonder WMS, Salesforce) integrate with the ERP core to maximize throughput and data integrity.
