Working on small to medium-scale commercial, residential and industrial projects including civil infrastructure projects.
Providing technical leadership and client liaison, acting as a trusted advisor and preparing proposals, reports, and cost estimates.
Mentoring and inspiring junior engineers, helping shape the next generation of technical leaders.
Designing reinforced concrete, steel, timber, pre-cast concrete and masonry structures (incl. buildings, bridges, sewage treatment plants and schools to name a few).
Demonstrate a proactive, client-centric approach, actively contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients.
Collaborating with passionate colleagues and clients to deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions.
Cultivating strong client relationships by facilitating meetings, conducting site visits, and leading collaborative discussions to ensure project alignment and success.

Strong desire to mentor others and the experience required to offer technical leadership.
7+ years experience as a Structural Engineer in the Building Services environment, ideally from a consultancy background. Experience working on defence projects would be highly regarded.
Engineering Degree (Structural).
Hold accreditation as a structural engineer in the Northern Territory or be able to obtain accreditation if successful.
Good understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Exhibit robust project management capabilities, confidently serving as the technical lead across diverse projects.
