Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs equipment as required.
Recommends enhancements and implements improvements to increase plant output.
Assisting with emergency response, as well as working scheduled on-call shifts
Keeping work vehicles, tools and equipment in good working condition
Maintains records in computer-based work management program.

Basic data acquisition and networking systems knowledge
Familiar with insulation resistance testing, IV Curve Tracing and common electrical testing procedures
General computer proficiency
Must be able to push, pull and lift tools and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working with up to 1,500VDC and 1,000VAC
Must have valid driver’s license
Ability to travel to other locations
Associate Degree in Electrical-related field
Solar Service Technician Certification
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures
Knowledge of plant level controls and low voltage equipment
