  • Translate data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholders
  • Present insights to management, linking findings to strategic and actionable recommendations
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities and share knowledge
  • Support insights strategy and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Deliver end-to-end consumer insights: scope briefs, coordinate with data team, ensure data accuracy, and provide decision-ready outputs
  • Act as SPOC for Insights requests, prioritizing and managing timely delivery with high quality
  • Maintain data hygiene, documentation standards, and track service KPIs

  • Agency/third-party management and stakeholder steering experience
  • Knowledge of QA practices, documentation, and version control
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with international work environments and English-speaking stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of consumer needs, attitudes, and behaviors
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and Askia Explorer (or similar platforms) is a plus
  • Proven experience in consumer and market research tools (brand tracking, panel/sales, segmentation)
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer insights / analytics, preferably with a MNC or a research agency
  • Exposure to advanced analytics tools and emerging data technologies Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Primary skillset should be storytelling, data visualization, customer and consumer insight generation
  • Experience applying consumer insights to CRM or digital personalization strategies
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative insights toolkit with the ability to synthesize inputs
