  • Analysing and reporting on the critical path, risks, and opportunities.
  • Producing clear planning deliverables – including schedules, reports, planning philosophy, and KPIs – to support successful delivery.
  • Supporting project delivery teams with sequencing, resource planning, and performance tracking.
  • Ensuring programme content complies with planning procedures and guidance.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to keep this ambitious project on track.
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed construction programmes from tender through to completion.

  • Strong working knowledge of project planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta, or MS Project.
  • Enjoy flexibility: you can be based Scotland-wide or in the Central Belt, with travel to the North East of Scotland / Peterhead required from April 2027 onwards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource management.
  • Proven experience as a Planner with a Structures / Build background.
