What you would be doing

- Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project specifications and design requirements.

- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Prepare regular reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Conduct tests and inspections of materials and workmanship to verify compliance with specifications, with an emphasis on infrastructure elements like roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to resolve technical issues specific to infrastructure projects.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and complies with industry standards and local regulations, particularly focusing on infrastructure-specific requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building standards.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or other relevant professional certifications.
- Frequent interaction with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE, specifically related to infrastructure.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD, Civil 3D software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferably experienced in BIM Implementation and usage of Revit & Navisworks
- Proven experience in project planning, site supervision, and quality control.
