Generate comprehensive test and validation reports.
Develop and execute intelligent software solutions to identify opportunities for improvements in testing environments. Write test scripts to be used to run automated tests and data collection.
Develop test fixtures and circuits required to execute production test plans.
Review designs for complete specifications, testability, and test margin.
Support test-related production issues.
Develop and execute system-level procedures to be used for validating and characterizing new product designs and existing products that have exhibited problems.
Develop and execute routine characterization plans for printed circuit board assemblies.
Participate with Engineering in the creation of test programs to verify performance to specification of new assemblies, peripherals, and products.
Work with the Electrical Engineers and Project Management to determine the root cause of system-level validation failures and propose solutions.
Participate in design reviews of printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Provide a test summary to the Engineering team of the production test results, along with any necessary corrective actions.
Develop and execute routine engineering production test plans for printed circuit board assemblies.
