Assists the Document Control Manager in managing the registration, receipt, distribution and issue of all pre-construction information, as well as implementing and maintaining procedures for the production, issuing and registering of all pre-construction documentation. Typically, this includes, collating all documents including drawings, keeping a record of document status, liaising with project personnel and chasing outstanding information. Support supply chain in applying information processes. Support the DCM in providing training to the Mace Dragados team and supply chain.
Develop and implement information management strategies aligned with project requirements and industry standards such as ISO 19650.
Review and audit information models for quality assurance, ensuring consistency, integrity, and compliance.
Train and guide project teams on best practices for information management, BIM standards, and data workflows.
