Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.
Maintaining a high conversion rate from outbound calls to scheduled meetings.
Contribute to National Account rollouts, by supporting communication and implementation efforts.
Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to align outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
Generating a strong volume of qualified meetings for the Outside Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in appropriate CRM system.
Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, bid requests, and RFPs.
Coordinate and book meetings for the Outside Sales Team, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear communication.
Respond to changing business needs by adopting new tasks that directly support revenue growth.
Follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and past contacts to generate new opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings set, and qualified leads.
Ensuring CRM records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
Making measurable contributions to the growth of the overall sales pipeline.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, decision-making processes, and potential fit.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
