Communicate effectively with Site manager to understand expectations, address concerns, and provide turf care recommendations.
Line marking operations.
Collaborate with the Site manager to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks, and deliver exceptional results.
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, weed control and nutrition management to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces.
Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.
Irrigation monitoring and maintenance
Transitioning turf surfaces across multiple sporting codes.
