Demonstrated experience with the New Jersey Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program
Experience with the use of ArcGIS, AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and/or 3D visualization and graphics applications to support engineering evaluations and designs
Willingness to travel and work in the field frequently
Experience collecting and interpreting geotechnical sampling data on soil or sediment
Experience with remedial investigation, design, and implementation, including sampling plan development and implementation, data analysis, and remedy/process design and construction for environmental media such as soil, groundwater, sediment, indoor air, wastewater, and drinking water.
Experience developing cost estimates for investigation and remediation actions
Experience supporting permit applications for water treatment and environmental remediation construction activities (e.g., under NPDES, UIC, municipal building codes, sewer permitting)
Proficiency with Microsoft® Office products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Possess strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
Experience performing and interpreting groundwater, surface water, or stormwater modeling
5+ years of professional experience in environmental investigation and remediation
Demonstrated experience with water treatment process engineering design, implementation, operation, and/or optimization
Current 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training certification
Experience managing contractors at environmental remediation sites
