- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Diagnose and repair trouble involving installations and equipment.
- Responsible for installation, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
- Align, fit and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools and blueprints.
- Layout, assemble, test, and install, apparatus and equipment, working from blueprints, schematics, sketches, verbal instructions, and other specifications.
- Fabricate and install necessary equipment to accomplish tasks.
- Completes installations and does necessary testing to verify work.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Installs, repairs and services specialized mechanical equipment, machinery, panels and wiring.
