As a Dispatcher you will manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment to and from customers, oversee the application of appropriate DOT standards, and handle reporting and scheduling. This position supports the customer service and sales goals of the business unit.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience with construction or industrial equipment. Knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations is required, and strong customer service, dispatch training, local area familiarity, and effective communication are essential.
The role demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, and may require indoor and outdoor work. Overtime eligibility and essential functions can vary based on task assignments.
