Executive Assistant

Description

• Organize and prioritize the high incoming flow of work for the Senior Leader and/or their office.
• Respond to and schedule requests for meetings, invitations, and participation in special events, booking official appointments and meetings.
• Greet and escort guests.
• Maintain a control and follow‑up system for incoming workload and correspondence to ensure timely responses.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for the Senior Leader’s office.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist with travel coordination and voucher processing for the office.
• Maintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders on administrative projects, data calls, and workplace analysis for the Senior Leader’s office.
• Process internal ethics clearances for speakers’ participation at events or widely attended gatherings.

Requirements

• Experience representing public financial, government organizations, or other large or relevant private‑sector entities.
• Experience performing executive assistant tasks.
