Oversee the handling and disposing of hazardous wastes, such as oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, auto parts cleaner, and similar material.
Inspect and test defective parts to diagnose malfunctions.
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring the group and self-follow established safety procedures.
Oversee the maintenance of quality standards through visual and mechanical inspection methods.
Prepare for jobs by checking parts and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Attend training sessions as required.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and part-related questions when needed.
Properly fill out working reports, hour’s reports, timesheets, hour’s overviews and expense reports.
Complete assigned paperwork as instructed, including but not limited to inspection reports, service orders, service method of statements, check lists, etc.
Assist the company in any necessary duties to achieve company goals.
Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
Maintain company service literature and maintains a high awareness of technical changes.
Maintain company cars, tools, machines and equipment.
Assemble and dismantle tower cranes.
Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure factory specifications.
Maintains a minimum set of tools required for job performance.
Inspect tower cranes in order to diagnose defects.
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on tower cranes.
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications.
Take ownership in your role and make a direct contribution to customer success and operational excellence across Saudi Arabia.
Examine parts for damage or excessive wear using according gauges.
Maintain a positive attitude and role model for the other employees to follow.

Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport.
At least 2-3 years direct experience with tower cranes as a service engineer, Liebherr Tower Cranes experience is preferred.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time.
Must be able to understand, speak and write the English language.
Ability to interface with all levels of staff.
Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends or on call duty.
Experience a respectful and supportive workplace culture that values teamwork, diversity, and open communication.
Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner.
Proficiency in computer based word processing and spreadsheets.
Read, understand and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, and technical/electrical drawings.
Demonstrate initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects in individual and group settings.
Education: High school graduation or preferably a degree in engineering in a relevant field.
Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information.
