The Facilities Manager (FM) serves as the single point of contact between JLL and the client, WPP, leading site operations and overseeing vendor headcount, hard and soft services, and event management. The FM supports the Account Manager in meeting account objectives, monitors SLAs and KPIs, and contributes to operating and long‑term capital planning and budgeting.
Technical responsibilities include managing campus facilities, establishing engineering and operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations. The FM coordinates vendor technical audits, preventive maintenance, quality performance measurement, critical environment procedures, and emergency response activities while adhering to safeguarding policies.
Client and stakeholder management involves building strong relationships with client representatives, promoting JLL’s engineering platform, and coordinating programs to ensure service levels. Procurement and vendor management tasks cover reviewing M&E contractor practices, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management to maintain compliance with critical environment and health‑and‑safety standards.
Site operations encompass 24/7 emergency call support, management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works, and the development of innovation programs that reduce utility costs. Continuous process optimization and achievement of KPIs and service level agreement targets are key performance goals.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in facilities management or a related field and have 3‑5 years of experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality. They should possess knowledge of health and safety regulations, critical facilities systems, vendor management, contract interpretation, and strong budgeting and financial analysis skills, and be ready to work on‑site in Singapore.
