Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
Actively leads internal team(s) that focuses on continuous improvement of the business.
Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
Oversee completion of project close-out.
Identify all potential legal problems and litigation’s for their projects and reviews them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.
Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.
Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
Provide technical assistance and support to all members of the project.
Represent the company in project meetings.
Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
Lead communication efforts between customer and insurance providers.
Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
Monitor/control construction through the administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.

Familiar with all Policies and Processes as it relates to this position.
Must have restoration estimating experience and able to write scopes in Xactimate - Required

Pass background check and drug screen
Must have good communication and organizational skills
