The TX System Operator will join a cutting‑edge team that is transforming high‑voltage transmission line construction. The role involves operating Infravision's smart tension puller, overseeing its setup, and ensuring safe, efficient execution on commercial jobs or demonstrations. Collaboration with technical teams, field personnel, and other departments is essential to guarantee proper logistics, equipment functionality, and timely project delivery.
The operator will be responsible for transporting, setting up, and integrating TX systems on site, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and monitoring all power, cooling, and communication equipment. Coordination of logistics, clear communication with project managers and field teams, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards are also key duties. Detailed documentation of operations, maintenance activities, and incident reports will be maintained to support continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate holds a high‑school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s licence with a clean record, and proven experience operating TX systems or comparable equipment. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure in remote or challenging field environments. Preferred qualifications include commercial driving or heavy‑equipment certifications, experience with generators and communication systems, and knowledge of industry safety protocols.
