- - Proficiency in using hand and power tools to complete installation tasks accurately and efficiently.
- - Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements, alignment, and functionality of installed doors and walls.
- -Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
- - Complete installation-related documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and service records.
- - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the scope of the installation
- -Basic understanding of installation & maintenance of operable & accordion partitions, overhead rolling doors, grilles, shutters, overhead sectional doors smoke & fire rated curtains, rolling doors, and loading dock equipment.
- - Experience in installing overhead doors, operable walls and loading dock equipment.
- -Must be able to always follow instructions from co-workers.
- -Basic understanding of construction process, plan layouts, and specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in door installation or a related field is a plus.
- -Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- -Ability to work in various weather conditions.
