Senior Product Manager - Geosolutions

In this pivotal role, you’ll drive business performance and oversee our advanced technology solutions through their entire life cycle. Your understanding of customer needs, market environment, technology development and business analysis will enable you to shape road maps and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value.

• Ensuring product success: Guide products through every life cycle stage, ensuring optimal business impact throughout, championing their success across marketing, sales, production and operations teams, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes throughout.
• Visionary Product Development: Define product road maps, translate technical concepts into actionable strategies, and ensure high-impact and high-value solutions;
• Cutting edge technology: Work closely with our engineering, software and documentation teams to develop world leading, high quality solutions.

A collaborative spirit, being a team player with credible presentation to customers and industry peers.

• Business qualifications or equivalent commercial expertise would be highly regarded;
• Market Leadership: Use your knowledge of mining, civil construction and geotechnical engineering/geosciences to shape strategies that drive product success and quantifiable value;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geosciences (Geology, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar) is essential;
• A track record of delivering user-centric, innovative solutions;
• Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product management tools;
• You are a self-starter with excellent organisational and decision-making capabilities; and
• Demonstrated ability to understand geotechnical behaviour in mining/civil industries;
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
