The Assembler – Level 2 is responsible for assembling parts according to work instructions and drawings, rotating across various assembly tasks, and supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Assemble parts following work instructions and drawings, ensuring critical component quality.
- Rotate among various assembly tasks throughout the facility.
- Record daily customer orders, view work instructions, and report completed work in the production system.
- Operate basic printing programs, hand, battery, electric, and pneumatic tools, including circular saws and deburring tools.
- Use laser and dot‑peen etchers to meet customer specifications for utility and flow products.
- Navigate LX screens to manage inventory requirements and make adjustments.
- Apply 5S and Lean principles to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Perform soldering, gluing, centering, and gas calibrations for analytical technology products.
- Utilize function generators and multimeters for testing.
- Train new department members as needed.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of assembly experience, basic computer and math skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
