As Internal Recruiter, you will take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding. You will work closely with managers and the wider HR team to establish robust recruitment processes that support the company’s ambitious growth plans, while also shaping longer-term career development and succession planning strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver tailored recruitment campaigns
  • Proactively source and engage talent through direct search, networks, and advertising channels
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles within the healthcare sector
  • Support the development of career progression pathways and succession planning strategies
  • Build and implement recruitment processes, systems, and best practice for a scaling business
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance candidate experience and employer reputation
