  • Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, offering expert advice on our product portfolio.
  • Assist with organising showroom events, including product launches and client presentations.
  • Manage stock in the sample room and process sample orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive upselling and cross-selling of partner brands.
  • Follow up on sample leads to generate further business opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support sales targets set by the National Sales Manager, promoting products and identifying new opportunities.
