As a Senior Estimator, you will oversee the development of competitive proposals for high-value concrete scopes, guide junior estimators, and collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in securing new work and supporting operations with cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle. -Lead and manage the assembly of large-dollar bid proposals -Perform and review quantity take-offs and scope analysis -Participate in ongoing training and professional development -Provide mentorship and oversight to estimating team members -Prepare detailed pricing, bids, and proposal documentation -Ensure estimating practices align with safety and compliance standards -Assist operations with cost estimates for changes during construction -Support post-bid negotiations and client follow-up -Engage vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope alignment
