- Maximize occupancy – Utilize innovative marketing strategies and leasing techniques to attract and retain residents.
- Ensure compliance & safety – Uphold Fair Housing laws, adherence to company policies, and maintain a secure and legally compliant property.

- 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. - Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
