• Maximize occupancy – Utilize innovative marketing strategies and leasing techniques to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance & safety – Uphold Fair Housing laws, adherence to company policies, and maintain a secure and legally compliant property.

• Minimum of two years of lease-up experience required

Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
