The role involves inspecting and repairing damaged equipment in the Renovation Center, using hand and power tools to restore equipment to rent‑ready condition.
Key responsibilities include inspecting equipment, determining repairability, counting and assessing damages, loading and unloading rental equipment safely with a fork truck, performing repairs with hammers, drills, etc., cleaning equipment, replacing old wood in frames, measuring, counting, and recording equipment accurately, following safety protocols, and handling other assigned duties.
Work is performed under close supervision, following prescribed processes and seeking guidance for non‑routine issues; deviations require supervisor approval.
The environment is a comfortable indoor setting but includes exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes, with intermittent physical exertion such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting items up to 50+ pounds; occasional overnight travel (under 10 %) may be required.
Required education is a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and 0‑2 years of related experience; preferred qualifications include experience with power hand tools and concrete form renovation.

Pay range for Ohio is $17.75‑$23.00 hourly, with base pay based on experience, skills, and internal equity; benefits details are available in the full job description.
