What you would be doing

- Meet goals for development of new and existing Trade Allies.
- Navigate and manage Trade Ally, utility customer, and utility client relations.
- Maintain and nurture the relationship with the program contractors' network to participate in the program in an effective, and efficient manner.
- Proper and timely reporting of responsibilities progress to the Program Manager through weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports that track and analyze progress towards individual and Program goals.
- Present Program goals and opportunities, develop/facilitate/nurture business relationships, and explain technical/operational issues to Trade Allies, customers, and client.
- Manage Trade Ally system records (logged calls, needed documentation, proper certification or accreditation, and proper completion of the various Program participation agreements and addendums).
- Keep Trade Allies aware and updated on all current Program requirements, measure incentives, and Program training opportunities while providing them with the information to participate in the Program.

- Must be well organized, reliable, conscientious, and be capable of managing resources and schedules to meet multiple deadlines while working in a home office environment

- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. High School diploma with additional 4 years' experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Prior experience in energy efficiency or similar technologies
- Demonstrated computer skills including use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capable of managing and tracking multiple concurrent, complex tasks
- Salesforce CRM experience desired
- Have the ability to learn, implement, and maintain knowledge of safe jobsite work practices, Program guidelines, incentives, policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Over 40% required.
- Basic knowledge of integrated commercial and industrial systems is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent customer relations skills including ability to understand concerns and ability to suggest solutions
- Required to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
