Stay up to date on regulatory changes and help implement necessary updates
Promote a proactive, people-first safety culture on active job sites
Inspect and maintain safety equipment (fire extinguishers, gas monitors, first aid kits, etc.)
Assist with incident, near-miss, and stop-work investigations
Advise field leaders on hazard mitigation, compliance, and best safety practices
Lead and support the development and continuous improvement of Tasman’s Health & Safety Program across Colorado
Conduct daily field safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed
Collaborate with the Corporate Health & Safety Officer and regional leadership

5+ years
heavy equipment
Exposure to weather, excavation sites, noise, and environmental hazards
Strong communication skills and independent judgment
OSHA 10 (General Industry or Construction)
Experience with heavy equipment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Oil & Gas client-specific certifications (Chevron, Civitas, Oxy, etc.)
Comfort working in dynamic outdoor field environments
Spanish language proficiency
Primarily field-based in Weld County and the Colorado Front Range
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
H2S, First Aid / CPR / AED certifications
PEC Veriforce / SafeLand
PPE required at all times
5+ years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or similar field-based operations
OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 40, or Competent Person – Trenching & Excavation
