Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and develop relationships with project managers, construction department, consultants, and engineers.
Knowledge of algebra, trigonometry and geometry. Knowledge of surveying and CAD. Knowledge of aerial mapping techniques.
Knowledge of principles and practices of land surveying including state law regarding boundary law
Ability to deal with high work volumes.
Minimum 10 years’ experience with surveying activities.
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
Planning, organizing and project management skills.
