Maintenance Electrician - Hayden, AZ

Description

Job Summary: The electrician will plan, layout, install, test, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, motors, equipment, and control systems according to plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards, and will work in other crafts as needed, holding all required licenses for the jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements: The role involves up to 12‑hour shifts performing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions, climbing and balancing on steel or wood frameworks, ladders and scaffolds, and regularly lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lb while complying with safety standards and wearing required personal protective equipment.

• Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and idle time.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lb as required.

Requirements

• Minimum experience: 3–6 + years in industrial/commercial construction with deep electrician trade expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and safety/quality standards; proficient with trade tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
