- Stay informed on industry developments that may impact the company’s portfolio.
- Review operating and capital budgets, along with marketing plans.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated auditing experience (financial and inventory).
- Strong knowledge of hotel/restaurant/entertainment operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.
- Travel: ~25%
- Experience working with major hospitality brands preferred.
- College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10 years of senior-level hospitality management and financial/audit experience (hotels, restaurants, or entertainment venues).
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 25%).
