Organiser des rencontres périodiques avec les chargés de projet pour l’évaluation des travaux en cours aux fins de la reconnaissance des revenus
Participer à la production de rapports, de statistiques, d’indicateurs de performance et de présentations trimestrielles destinés à la direction
Assurer la mise à jour des taux facturables en conformité aux contrats et instances gouvernementales
Soutenir les chargés de projet dans l’analyse et la compréhension des données financières des projets (formation, rapports, suivis)
Suivre un portefeuille de projets d’ingénierie et collaborer avec les agents de facturation pour assurer la conformité et la qualité de l’information aux dossiers
Participer aux procédures reliées aux activités de clôture comptable ainsi qu’au dossier de vérification avec les auditeurs externes
