The Finance Analyst will support the Client Account Finance Manager across the finance function of the account, handling month‑end reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting for the client, the Account Management team and JLL Corporate Finance. It involves both internal coordination and direct client interaction.
The analyst will also assist the wider client team in enhancing the client delivery platform and monitor compliance with policies, recommending updates as needed. Success is measured by positive client KPI scores and feedback. The position is based on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.
Candidates should have 2‑3 years of similar finance experience working with international teams and clients, and demonstrate motivation, flexibility, and the ability to develop others. Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and customer‑service skills are required, along with excellent communication and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including VBA and macros.
